== Šablona Původní zpráva ==
 
Trochu mě zaráží text šablony {{šablona|Původní zpráva}}, která na čtenáře působí, že Wikizprávy svým redaktorům píšícím původní zprávy a priori moc nedůvěřují. Ta výzva o korigování je tam imo zbytečná a alespoň mne od psaní původních zpráv tak trochu odrazuje. Na Wikipedii to chápu víc, tam by správně mělo být zdrojované vše (přesto ani tam nemá každé nezdrojované heslo šablonu vyzývající k ověření, obvykle se dává, až když pochybnosti vzniknou). Díval jsem se na podobné šablony [https://en.wikinews.org/w/index.php?title=Template:Original_reporting&oldid=2534835 na en.wn] (''This article features first-hand journalism by Wikinews members. See the collaboration page for more details.'') či [https://de.wikinews.org/w/index.php?title=Vorlage:Originalbericht&oldid=656632 na de.wn] (''Dieser Artikel enthält Journalismus aus erster Hand. Siehe auch die Diskussionsseite für Details.''), ale tam nic takového není, jen výzva, aby se případně podívali na diskusní či jinou stránku. Zkušenější redaktor ví, že může chybu ve zprávě opravit i bez této šablony, a u náhodného čtenáře je taková pravděpodobnost mizivá i s šablonou. Stalo se tady vůbec někdy, že do nějaké původní zprávy dodal zdroje a zkorigoval v ní nepravdivé údaje nějaký nováček? Navrhuji proto šablonu upravit např. podle německého vzoru a nevyjadřovat předem nedůvěru vůči každému, kdo jen neparafrázuje zprávy, které už byly zveřejněné jinde. :Problém je ale v tom, že na německých a zejména na anglických Wikizprávách probíhá přece jen i publikování původních zpráv jinak. Na obou žádají o vkládání originálních zdrojů (poznámek, fotomateriálu, audiozáznamů atd.). Na anglických navíc mají velmi složitý systém redigování, který musí každá zpráva podstoupit, pokud se má vůbec publikovat. Zkrátka - na věrohodnost původních zpráv se dívají trochu jinak. Ostatně anglické [[:en:Wikinews:Original reporting|Wikinews:Original reporting]] a německé [[:de:Wikinews:Originäre Berichterstattung|Wikinews:Originäre Berichterstattung]] jsou ''podstatně'' delší než naše [[Wikizprávy:Původní zprávy]].
:Ano, problém je také v tom, že bez ohledu na to, co anglické i německé Wikizprávy dělají, nevím z praxe, jak jsou schopné dohlédnout na věrohodnost originálního reportování; "originální zdroje" je poměrně snadné zfalšovat. A na druhé straně je problém v tom, že originální reportování je pochopitelně hlavní devizou každého zpravodajství. Jinak by nejspíš bylo - po vzoru Wikipedie a [[w:Wikipedie:Žádný vlastní výzkum|Wikipedie:Žádný vlastní výzkum]] - zakázáno. Takže je to těžké...
:Každý může text každé šablony vnímat různě. Neberu Ti Tvoje chápání, ale já v jejím textu nevidím, že by "předem vyjadřovala nedůvěru vůči každému, kdo jen neparafrázuje zprávy", ale zkrátka pro wikiprojekty charakteristickou výzvu, že když někdo bude mít pochybnosti o takové zprávě, může (a měl by) ji korigovat.
:Takže když to všechno zvážím, opravdu nevím, jestli zestručnění této šablony je cesta správným směrem. Rád si na to vyslechnu další názory.
:A jinak - velký dík za to, že původní zprávy píšeš. I proto otevřeně připouštím, že kdyby Tě mělo od psaní zpráv znění této šablony odrazovat, mrzelo by mne to víc, než kdyby se do té šablony podle Tvého názoru zasáhlo. ::Píšu spíš svůj pocit. Kdyby mi na WP dal někdo do článku šablonu, že je třeba dodat zdroje, tak je tam urychleně dodám, aby tam nestrašila. U původní zprávy zde, kterou mám do určité míry založenou na tom, co mi z očí do očí sdělila např. kurátorka v muzeu, však nemám žádný prostředek, jak tu zpochybňující výzvu odstranit. Navíc jsem si prošel namátkou historii řady minulých původních zpráv, a nezdá se, že by tato výzva docházela naplnění (ale neprocházel jsem zdaleka vše) – buď do nové původní zprávy zasáhne zkušený editor (který šablonu nepotřebuje), nebo nikdo.
::V žádném případě ale nechci, aby to vyznělo jako nějaké ultimátum: buď šablona, nebo já :-) Už proto ne, že mé poslední zprávy jsou spíše výsledkem náhodného souběhu a) mého předsevzetí, že budu psát zprávy o aktuálních událostech, k nimž budu mít vlastní fotky – u něhož nemůžu zaručit, jak dlouho mi vydrží :-) – a b) mé úporné snahy proniknout v rámci projektu GLAM do nepružných struktur Vlastivědného muzea v Olomouci a pohnout je k nějaké spolupráci v rámci Wikipedie, Wikizdrojů, Commons a částečně i Wikizpráv. Ještě tedy jiný návrh, který dle mne aspoň nepůsobí tolik, jako že zpochybňuje důvěryhodnost redaktora:

Lepší možná ta první, pokud by takový případ někdy nastal, tak by měl spor nejprve rozhodnout nějaký jiný zkušený redaktor. Ale podle mne takový případ těžko kdy nastane, stejně jako zřejmě nenastal ani dosud. ::Druhá verze se mi líbí (snad bych přeformuloval "který je jako jediný zodpovědný za její pravdivost" na "který ručí za její pravdivost" - to původní souvisí s pořadím údajů, když je to na začátku, zní to divně). Tahle druhá verze odpovídá zásadě [[w:WP:ESO]]. Zdravím. Dnes jsem doprošel všechny Paluovy články a označil je na [[Special:Permalink/43373|své stránce]] (nebo přímo v článcích) podle míry jejich copyviovosti. Samozřejmě, že máloco bylo černobílé, takže uvítám, když to po mně aspoň třeba namátkově zkontrolujete.
 
Dále se ptám kohokoli, [[redaktor:Palu|Palua]] zejména, jestli má někdo z vás zájem se zúčastnit přepisování těch zpráv. Já některé z nich taky určitě projedu a upravím/zachráním, ale všechny nejspíš ne.

:Přepsáním se z toho stává zpráva historická, neautentická, která by tu podle mého názoru vůbec neměla být. :Děkuji za upomenutí. Asi bych si vzpomněl, až by se rozhodovalo o tom, co se definitivně nechá a co se definitivně smaže, ale je to lepší. Dnes - nebo spíš řekněme do konce týdne - vyznačím v tom seznamu, aby bylo zjevné, které zprávy byly takto opraveny (bude to snadno poznat, odstraním všechny články, které byly od počátku v pořádku, když proti tomu označování nejsou podle všeho žádné námitky, co zbyde s "OK" fajfkou, je opraveno). Určitě se nemusí čekat na to, až budou vyřízené všechny zprávy a může se copyvio skrývat postupně, ale zatím jsem neměl vhodnou chvíli k tomu zkontrolovat, jestli poslední dávka oprav je v pořádku. Obrátil se na mne vydavatel internetového portálu [http://www.metropole-olomouc.cz/index.php Metropole Olomouc], jestli může přebírat případné občasné zprávy z Olomoucka. Odpověděl jsem mu, že to samozřejmě možné je, dodrží-li podmínky licence Creative Commons. Nyní mi poslal odkaz na [http://www.metropole-olomouc.cz/aktualita/1319/Muzeum-vystavuje-historicke-pohlednice první přebranou zprávu] s dotazem, jestli je to takto v pořádku. Přiznám se, že sám nevím, předpokládám jen, že u té zmínky o licenci Creative Commons by měl být odkaz na její znění. Prosím tedy o radu, zda to tak může být, nebo co mu mám odpovědět. Už dvakrát jsme se výše bavili o tom, jak zlepšit indexování našich Wikizpráv Googlem. Danny na to opakovaně poradil zamezit osiřelosti místních stránek zakládáním denních přehledů.
 
Přes značnou skepsi k tomuto návodu jsem se zapojil do tvorby přehledů, dříve víc, teď trochu míň, jak na to mám/nemám čas. Nicméně výsledky nejsou žádná sláva.
 
Konkrétní příklad nám nabízí zpráva [[Vyhlášena 26. přestupná sekunda]]. Nejenže je v příslušném [[5. leden 2015|denním přehledu]], chvíli byla i v přehledu posledních zpráv a dokonce je i na hlavní straně jako naše titulní zpráva. Přesto, když si teď pustím Google a zadám název této zprávy a omezení na Wikizprávy (znění dotazu [https://www.google.cz/search?q=vyhl%C3%A1%C5%A1ena+26.+p%C5%99estupn%C3%A1+sekunda+site:cs.wikinews.org zde]), zprávu samotnou to stále nenajde.

No a čím více faktorů spolu spolupracuje, tím lépe. Nefunguje to tak, že jeden zrušíš a nahradíš jiným. If you are using pywikibot compat it is likely your code will break due to upcoming MediaWiki API changes (e.g. [[phab:T101524|T101524]]). It is highly recommended you migrate to the core framework. There is a [[mw:Manual:Pywikibot/Compat deprecation|migration guide]], and please [[mw:Special:MyLanguage/Manual:Pywikibot/Communication|contact us]] if you have any problem.

The [[:m:Community Tech|Community Tech team]] at the Wikimedia Foundation is focused on building improved curation and moderation tools for experienced Wikimedia contributors. We're now starting a '''[[:m:2015 Community Wishlist Survey|Community Wishlist Survey]]''' to find the most useful projects that we can work on.
 
For phase 1 of the survey, we're inviting all active contributors to submit brief proposals, explaining the project that you'd like us to work on, and why it's important. Phase 1 will last for 2 weeks. In phase 2, we'll ask you to vote on the proposals. Afterwards, we'll analyze the top 10 proposals and create a prioritized wishlist.
 
While most of this process will be conducted in English, we're inviting people from any Wikimedia wiki to submit proposals. We'll also invite volunteer translators to help translate proposals into English.
 
Your proposal should include: the problem that you want to solve, who would benefit, and a proposed solution, if you have one. You can submit your proposal on the Community Wishlist Survey page, using the entry field and the big blue button. We will be accepting proposals for 2 weeks, ending on November 23.

This means you can now access data like the number of inhabitants of a city or get a link to a picture for a famous person and much more to use it in your articles. You can access the data in two ways - via a parser function and via Lua.
How to use it:

[[Redaktor:Danny B.|Danny B.]] zavedl novou, dynamičtější hlavní stranu, což je skvělý nápad, který osobně velmi vítám. Vypustil u toho ale mnoho informací. Jedna velmi chybí [[Speciální:Diff/46913|úvod]], který čtenářům řekne kde jsou a co vlastně čtou, a jednak chybí [[Speciální:Diff/46914|výzva]] k založení nové zprávy pro ty, kteří by chtěli do projektu přispět. Proto jsem to tam vrátil. Bohužel, [[Redaktor:Lenka64|Lenka64]] to bez odůvodnění znovu odmazala, proto dávám sem k diskusi, jestli je skutečně takový problém mít na oné stránce tyto dosud standardní části. :Paluovu názoru rozumím. Asi by stačilo prohodit nadpisy? Ale celkově nepřikládám hlavní stránce zase tak velkou váhu, takže nechci věnovat příliš času diskusi o ní. :Napřed musím říct, že toto se Dannymu fakt povedlo (doufám, že to funguje správně i se zprávami v samostatných článcích). Jinak nevidím důvod, proč by tam nemohl být jak úvod nahoře (pro náhodné příchozí), tak formulář pro založení nové stránky dole (pro méně zkušené editory).
:Ničení úsilí jiného jsem na editacích neshledal (viz předpokládejte dobrou vůli) a ani sám autor si na nic nestěžuje. Navíc míra "popularizace zpráv" není měřítkem toho, zda někdo může nebo nemůže navrhovat smysluplné změny (kromě toho nevím ani co udělali v tomto směru Palu ani Lenka, ale mě snad nepopularizování Wikizpráv nikdo vyčítat nebude).

:Když už jsem byl osloven a když už tu ta diskuse začala - původně jsem vůbec zasahovat nechtěl, protože mám černé svědomí, že v poslední době dávám přednost Wikipedii, Wikizdrojům a občas Wikislovníku (''důležité'': když mám vůbec na wiki-věci čas...).
:Obdivuju, že si s tím Danny dal práci a že nová stránka působí mnohem moderněji. Bohužel se domnívám, že se natolik rozcházíme v tom, jaký má být smysl Wikizpráv, že tímto obdivem můj pozitivní postoj k této stránce končí.
:Faktické připomínky jsou následující:
::V první řadě se novou hlavní stránkou se Wikizprávy změnily v druhý [[w:Portál:Aktuality/Portál Aktualit]] Wikipedie. Obsah, rozsah, a dokonce i cíl odkazů obou stránek je vlastně zcela totožný. Wikizprávy bez zpráv nejsou moc užitečné, ale Wikizprávy, které se už zcela změnily v nápodobu portálové stránky Wikipedie, jsou podle mne skoro zbytečné.
::Danny tu vyjmenoval, jak uvítání na hlavní stránce odporuje zásadám pro tvorbu webu. Pochybuji, že obecným zásadám webů odpovídá, aby naprostá většina odkazů na hlavní stránce projektu odvedla návštěvníka okamžitě z projektu pryč. (Přibližný součet, spíš odhad počtu odkazů: cca 30 do Wikizpráv včetně technických stránek, cca 100 na Wikipedii a jiné projekty.) I v minulosti bylo na titulce poměrně dost odkazů ven, ale ten poměr byl rozhodně lepší a hlavně na sebe strhávaly pozornost odkazy dovnitř Wikizpráv (nadpis titulní zprávy, seznam posledních zpráv, data denních přehledů, nadpisy rubrik). Ani to už teď neplatí.
::Teď na sebe místo toho strhává pozornost masivní nadpis "Denní přehledy". Ale já se domnívám, že denní přehledy nemají být základem Wikizpráv.
::Funkce tlačítka "Přidejte zprávu" se změnila z přidávání zpráv do Wikizpráv na přidávání denních přehledů a položek v nich. I to je další funkčnost, která jde proti smyslu Wikizpráv.
::Zrušení tlačítka a rámečku vkládání zpráv je ze stejného pohledu kontraproduktivní. Netuším, jakou to Danny provedl rešerši, když dospěl k názoru, že je to zbytečné... Možná pomocí rešerše nikoli v posledních zprávách, ale v posledních stránkách v hlavním jmenném prostoru. Denní přehledy ale nejsou zprávy v opravdovém smyslu slova. [[redaktor:Tchoř|Tchoř]] si hned to okénko vložil do své vlastní stránky - že by proto, že ho nepotřebuje...?
::Odsunutí popisu projektu z hlavní stránky do nějaké stránky "O nás" není vyloučené, ale to neznamená, že titulní stránka nepřinese vůbec žádnou informaci, kde vlastně návštěvník je. Tím spíš, že se stránka najednou poměrně silně vzdálila ostatním wikiprojektům, takže si vlastně nemusí být jistý...
::Nová hlavní stránka natolik upozadila psaní zpráv, které ani dosud málokoho lákalo. Podle zpětně dopisovaných denních přehledů se nadále počítá s tím, že přehled bude obsahovat právě jen titulek této zprávy. Zkusil jsem to a můžete si ověřit, jak taková zpráva mezi ostatními zcela zaniká.
:Jak z toho ven?
::Zvýšit opět důraz na existující celé zprávy - a souběžně zvýšit důraz na jejich psaní, byť - nebo přesněji právě proto, že je nikdo nepíše.
::Opět zmenšit důraz na denní přehledy, a to také graficky.
::Odstranit chybnou záměnu "přidávání přehledů a položek do přehledů" za tvorbu skutečných plnohodnotných zpráv. Znovu opakuji, že denní přehledy jsou pěkná a užitečná věc, ale napsat zprávu je něco jiného.
::Navrácení aspoň základní informace o podstatě Wikizpráv.
::Zřetelné odlišení a potlačení odkazů do Wikipedie.
:Jestli se povede sladit nový design hlavní stránky s aspoň některými naznačenými úpravami, bude to prima. Jestli ne, tak holt...
:Omlouvám se, že kritizuji už vzniklé dílo, které dalo určitě moc práce. Omlouvám se, že ho kritizuji, když jsem tu tak dlouho nic nenapsal. Obojí je mi líto. Když ale Danny vše udělal, aniž by komukoli byť malinko naznačil, že to chystá, tak to k takovému průběhu sám nasměroval. Nechci se odvolávat na své dávné příspěvky, sám cítím, že minulostí se ohánět nemůžu, a tak se necítím silný v kramflecích, abych tu vykřikoval, že něco musí být tak a nesmí být onak. : To je otočení směru té duplicity o 180 stupňů. Zprávy/aktuality patří do Wikizpráv a nikoliv do Wikipedie, což je ''encyklopedie''. To, že kdysi někdo nepochopil položku ve výchozím menu MediaWiki nazvanou "Aktuality" určenou k psaní novinek ''o daném projektu'' a namísto toho tam založil psaní zpráv, je problém Wikipedie, nikoliv Wikizpráv.
; odkazy ven
: To já samozřejmě vím (a tudíž se v tom samozřejmě shodneme). Byl to plán pro druhou fázi, ale kvůli tvé poznámce jsem jeho relevantní část vynuceně implementoval hned, aby se dalo hned porovnat.
; o projektu na hlavní straně
: Jedním ze zásadních bodů tvorby správného webu je prodat na hlavní straně jeho obsah. <q>Informaci, kde vlastně návštěvník je</q> (nebo kde je na jedno kliknutí získat), je tam dostatek.
; smysl / základ Wikizpráv
: Smyslem je podávat zprávy, a to v ''jakékoliv'' formě.
; zprávy vs. přehledy / zmenšit důraz na denní přehledy
: Bylo by samozřejmě bezpochyby skvělé, kdyby se tu množily zprávy. Ale to se neděje. (Poslední založená byla 20. ledna.) Statickost a zastaralost hlavní strany byla katastrofální - hlavní zpráva tam vydržela i několik měsíců; před změnou byly v přehledu zprávy dokonce z října 2014. Karel Čapek řekl, že <q>není nic staršího než včerejší noviny</q>. Troufám si tvrdit, že statická a zastaralá hlavní strana nejenže nemotivuje návštěvníky, aby nějakou zprávu založili, ale ani aby se vůbec vrátili. Až tady budou vznikat nové zprávy častěji než průměrně jedna měsíčně, bude možné o upozadění denních přehledů uvažovat, zatím jsou ale jediným spolehlivým nástrojem proměnlivosti a aktuálnosti.
; změna funkce tlačítka
: Především je třeba uvést na pravou míru, že neslouží a nikdy nesloužilo k přidávání denních přehledů. Dále je třeba vyvrátit tvrzení, že se funkce tlačítka změnila - mezi ''Přidat zprávu'' (do seznamu) a ''Založit zprávu'' (novou; původní tlačítko) je rozdíl.
; formulář na založení nové zprávy / rešerše
: Za mnoho měsíců byl využit minimálně (navíc jen zkušenými uživateli), dokonce než jsem zařídil nějaké opravy v extenzi, vedl rovněž k experimentům a před nasazením příslušných editačních filtrů i ke spamu. Využívanost a užitečnost formuláře je tedy diskutabilní. Návratu na vhodné místo se nebráním, ale v současné době značně pochybuji o tom, že by nějak znatelně pomohl navýšit počet zpráv či dokonce dalších uživatelů.
 
Jsem toho názoru, že navnadit další potenciální přispěvatele lze spíše tím, že jim umožníme se podílet i miniaturní zprávičkou, kterou hned (modulo db/cache lag) na hlavní straně uvidí, než vyžadováním od nich komplexnějších stránek samostatných zpráv, jejichž text zůstal skryt a jejichž nadpis se na hlavní straně objevil až po vynucení.
 
Dále jsem toho názoru, že Wikizprávám především pomůže tvorba jejich obsahu (nemluvě o tom, že by se měla zrušit jejich wikipedijní duplicita, která je setrvale dusí), než akademická tlachání. A proto se sem snažím nějaký téměř denně přidávat.

:::Wikipedijní duplicitu je možné řešit pouze na Wikipedii, a navíc jsem už dávno přišel o naivní představu, že když se Vám povede zrušit aktuality na Wikipedii, všichni, kdo je tam psali, se vrhnou sem. Tak to opravdu nefunguje. A pokud jde o tom, že "Wikipedie to ví", tak myslím, že takový poznatek nemáme. Máme pouze výsledek ŽoKu o podobě hlavní stránky (navíc pět let starého), zatímco já jsem celou dobu psal o portálu Aktualit. Takže i v tomto případě myslím, že ta představa, že "Wikipedie to ví", je dost nepřesná.
:::A akademická, ale podstatná poznámka k Dannyho připomínkám: V zásadě jim rozumím, byť i v tomto případě považuji jejich optimismus, jak nová stránka ve srovnání s minulou pomáhá, za přehnaný. Já osobně považuji za trvale větší problém pro autora nikoli to, že hlavní stránka Wikizpráv byla neaktuální, ale to, že zpráva napsaná na Wikizprávy zastarala dřív, než se o ní někdo dověděl, protože se neobjevovala ve vyhledávačích. Důsledkem byla velmi chabá návštěvnost zpráv a tudíž pocit zbytečnosti psaní těchto zpráv. To byl i důvod, proč jsem ve chvíli, kdy jsem přestal mít na wikiprojekty čas, "pustil k vodě" po dlouhých měsících silné aktivity právě Wikizprávy.
:::I v tomto směru Wikizprávy prohrávají s portálem aktualit Wikipedie. Dnešní zprávu ''"Mistr Lee Se-dol (na obrázku) poprvé vyhrál čtvrtý z pětice zápasu ve hře Go s programem AlphaGo sopečnosti(sic...) Google."'' z portálu Wikipedie už Google naindexoval, zatímco čtyři dny staré zprávy z titulky WZ Google (aspoň tak, jak vrací výsledky mně) ještě nenabízí - a platí to tedy i o zprávě, kterou [[Vichřice zabila ženu ve Vancouveru, desetitisíce lidí bez proudu|jsem napsal]]. To opravdu není argument, který by mohl přilákat autory z portálu Wikipedie na Wikizprávy.
:::A ještě jedna nová věc, kterou jsem zjistil nyní. Existují dva způsoby, jak přidat zprávu do seznamu:
:::#Pokud denní přehled neexistuje, je na jeho místě aspoň tlačítko (ono tlačítko, které jsem kritizoval, že zaměňuje přidávání zpráv do seznamu a tvorbu zpráv).

[[User:Danny B.|Danny B.]]: "o projektu na hlavní straně" - to jsou ale obecné zásady psaní stránek, které nijak nekorespondují se zásadami na wikiprojektech. Neexistuje wikiprojekt, kterých jsou snad už tisíce, který by tyto informace neobsahoval. Možná je to proto, že wikiprojekty jsou absolutně závislé na otevřenosti a otevřenost je také jejich jediným lákadlem. Nemůžeme se tohohle lákadla zbavovat kvůli nějakým obecným zásadám psaní Wikistránek. "formulář na založení nové zprávy / rešerše" - možná je jeho využívanost diskutabilní, ale nelze čekat, že na projekt budou přispívat denně desítky nových přispěvatelů. Pokud třeba jen jednou za rok povede k nalákání nového přispěvatele, je to dobré. I kdyby to jen zdůrazňovalo onu otevřenost projektu a ve skutečnosti to nikoho aktivního nenalákalo, i to by bylo dobré. Otevřenost může nalákat i pasivního uživatele - čtenáře. :V tomto souhlasím s Paluem. I když na většinu stránek se vítání nehodí, pro Wikizprávy je dobré mít, když ne vítání, tak nějaký krátký úvod. Wikizprávy nejsou tak známé jako jiné weby (Wikipedie, iDnes, ČT), tak se nově příchozí potřebuje zorientovat kde že se to octnul. Navíc si lidi ještě nezvykli na to, že můžou přijít na web a něco tam sami napsat a ještě k tomu bez registrace (natož ve zpravodajství). Ten formulář pro vytvoření nové stránky (jak jsem psal výše) mi přijde pro nováčka přehlednější a navíc zvýrazňuje možnost přispěvatelnosti pro každého. Mohl by být třeba dole nad wikiprojekty. O něco výše jsem psal, že bude i další fáze, která by měla kromě dalších věcí řešit mj. i aktuální samostatné zprávy (a například nějaké vhodné seskupování úmrtí). Vzhledem k tomu, že v době kolem překlopení hlavní strany neexistoval žádný aktuální samostatný článek, nebylo jak ladit. Důležitou podmínkou k tomu bude ovšem přítomnost a správný obsah perexu ve zprávách, který se bude zobrazovat. A k odladění pak samozřejmě také existence dostatku samostatných zpráv.
 
Okino, mohl bys jako člověk, který k tomu má nejblíž, vytvořit [[Wikizprávy:Perex]], kde by bylo pojednáno o tom, jak má správně vypadat po obsahové stránce? Já bych pak doplnil technické náležitosti.
 
Jinak pro info - podle (datační) kategorie to nejde (někde už jsem to také psal), neboť neexistuje mechanismus ke zjištění obsahu kategorie.

:Rád se [[Wikizprávy:Perex]]u ujmu po obsahové stránce, ale přece jen - obsah toho termínu je daný většinou technickými požadavky. Klasický novinářský [[w:perex|perex]] (už etymologicky z latinského ''per extensum'' a historicky z použití v tiskové sazbě) je něco jiného než to, co máme asi v plánu my (viz třetí odstavec na Wikipedii). ::Tyhle náhodné šablony by spíš měly být vkládány systematicky, aby to jednak motivovalo k opravám ty, kterým záleží na vysoké úrovni Wikizpráv, a jednak motivovalo ke správnému vkládání citací ty, kteří je vkládají. V případě denních přehledů jste to především v poslední době vy, takže by bylo dobré buď neodebírat tuto šablonu, protože jste v pomyslném střetu zájmů a jste cílem té šablony, a nebo začít vkládat reference normovaně, protože jen tak dosahují požadované kvality. Nelze odstranit šablonu a přitom neopravit referenci, nedává to smysl.
